| Return and Warranty Information
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee!
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, we do allow returns. If you receive a product which doesn't work properly, your purchase is covered in full for 30 days. Defective mills and mixers are returned directly to the manufacturer, not to us (see Warranty sections below). We can help guide you through the warranty process; just contact us and we will be happy to help.
Returns of Non-Defective Items Occasionally a customer may change his mind after purchasing and want to return a product, even though there is nothing wrong with it. Many mill dealers do not allow any returns of non-defective mills and mixers, but at Grain of Truth Bread Company we are committed to making sure all of our customers are happy with their purchases, so we do allow returns.
Mills and mixers may be returned after being tried out if they are postmarked back to us within 30 days of the purchase date, in the original packaging, and in like-new, resalable condition (no scratches, damage, missing parts, etc.). The purchaser is responsible to pay for return shipping costs, insured for full value of the mill or mixer. Upon receipt of the product we will refund the full purchase price less $20. We regret the need to deduct this expense but it only covers half of our loss on a returned mill because of our shipping expenses to get the mill to you, and the reduced resale value of a used mill, which no longer carries any warranty.

Nutrimill Warranty Warranties are only valid for the original non-commerical owner, and only if purchased from an authorized dealer (like us). (Therefore if you buy a used Nutrimill, no matter where you get it, it does not have a warranty.) Lifetime warranty guarantees the mill will be free of manufacturing defects and offers repair or replacement of defective products. Damage from normal wear, accidents, or misuse is not covered. If a product is defective out of the box or on a first time use within 30 days of purchase, the manufacturer will pay all the shipping costs (USA only) for repairing/replacing defective products. After 30 days the owner is responsible to pay shipping to the manufacturer but the manufacturer will then pay the shipping costs (USA only) to send the repaired mill back to the customer. WonderMill Warranty Warranties are only valid for the original non-commercial owner, and only if purchased from an authorized dealer (like us). (Therefore if you buy a used WonderMill, no matter where you get it, it does not have a warranty.) The warranty guarantees the mill will be free of manufacturing defects, and offers repair or replacement of defective products (not refund). Lifetime warranty on milling heads for the electric WonderMill, and on the stainless steel milling heads and uni-body mill housing for the Wonder Junior Deluxe hand mill; six year warranty on all other parts of both machines. Damage from normal wear, accidents, or misuse is not covered. For 30 days after purchase WonderMill will pay the shipping costs (USA only) for repairing/replacing defective products; after 30 days the owner is responsible to pay shipping in both directions on a return. Bosch Warranty For original owner, and only if purchased from an authorized dealer (like us). Three year warranty on motor and base (transmission); 1 year on attachments. Warranty guarantees the mixer will be free of manufacturing defects, and offers repair or replacement of defective products. If a product is defective out of the box or on a first time use within 30 days of purchase, the manufacturer will pay all the shipping costs (USA only) for repairing/replacing defective products. After 30 days the owner is responsible to pay shipping to the manufacturer but the manufacturer will then pay to ship the repaired mixer back to the customer.
